Jeffrey Howell is a licensed California attorney, California real estate broker, and LEED Accredited Professional. He is also an instructor through the University of California, Irvine Sustainability Certificate Program where he teaches a course entitled 'Legal Developments Concerning the Environment and Climate Change.'

Jeff’s real estate knowledge is based on several years experience in the legal department of a Fortune 500 real estate title company. He has experience with diverse title and land issues, as well as real estate brokerage.

Jeff's focus on the carbon market is based on its relationship to land title issues as well as carbon credit verification and registry. Carbon credit registration is similar to land registry and title and Jeff is uniquely qualified in this area.

Wes has over 18 years experience covering all aspects of land title and escrow as well as related legal issues.

Wes understands the concerns regarding title to land used for carbon credit projects and the lack of certainty in the verification and registration of carbon credits. Wes is also uniquely qualified in the area of escrow and title transactions.
